Yeah, its 9/11

Some would liken it to Pearl Harbor. Clearly different 9/11 targeted
civilians. Today there is a tone of forgive those responsible siting
Jesus parable on forgiven servant. Contrast that with the need to
oppose evil. Comparing the parable with the 911 terror there are stark
differences. First the concept of 'debt'. Not to be too literal but
can any sin or wrong be a debt? Plus scripture does allow for the
concept of 'enemy'. There is a difference between opposing an enemy and
'hating' them. We must always be open to forgiveness but always the
forgiven must accept those same ideals. Have the terrorist forgiven
the type to be forgiving as well? Second, the parable shows intent on
the debtor to be forgiven. The terrorist maintain there position. In
fact, they relish in it and they count on our weakness. They are the
enemy.
The problem is who are they? There are not battle fronts. Just the
notion of a people who will likely be terrorist. This of course allows
for what the terrorist want -- to divide us. Some of us will stereotype
and harass people we think that look or act like terrorist. Often
innocents are martyred as a result. Others will fight against this
group in the name of preventing hate, bigotry, civil liberty, and the
usual left-wing love our enemy crap. I fear the enemy succeeded. The
enemy knows all they have to do among the innocents and come out again
when needed.
In the end, you must be willing to forgive when the time comes. That
time has not arrived. The new enemy is ourselves in that if we don't
show the terrorist that we would rather be free than live in fear --
even if they sometimes succeed -- then they have won. The new enemy are
those in our government that serve only to defend the enemy. To give
them our rights, take away our own, to forbid harsh means to get answers
from them, and to illegality search grandmas and children and normal
folk. Neither enemy deserves our sympathy until they recognize that
what they did was wrong.
Do: If you find the true enemy. That is, you know of a person that
explicitly wants to create terror against the American people. Point
them out among your friends.
Don'ts: take action yourself. the chance of creating a martyr is too
great and you'll land yourself in jail.
- trust our own government. DHS already profiles the typical
terrorist as exactly the opposite of what you'd expect. Likely they
would point you out as the terrorist than the one you expose.

The Horse Holders

There is a photo out there showing WW1 era soldiers posing with their cannon crew.  Some reading my blog may know it well.  But it epitomizes what we are in for with continued unionization and government.  I couldn't find it easy but let me know it is out there.  In it, there is the cannon with the soldier that fires it, the one that uses that plunger thing to push the powder and ball, and two men posing on the right.  Someone looking at it would immediately notice that the two next to the cannon seem to have obvious jobs.  But what about the two off to the side?  It turns out that back in the day, when horses did the pulling, there had to be men there to keep the horses from bolting every time the cannon fired.  But as time passed you would think that the man hours needed to fire the cannon would be cut in half if we take horses off the battlefield.  This photo shows that people were so stuck on the four men crew - perhaps due to the need to 'keep them employed' - that they still used them well after they were needed.  A picture paint a thousand words.

I am not against unionization.  In fact, I consider any group of people working as a collective to be a 'union' and  they have every right.  The problem is that there is an inherent conflict of interest to consider when the government (at any level) engages with a collective agreement.  But on a more general level its all about buying votes.  And while you go to work, get groceries, sleep someone somewhere in the deep halls of government is supposed to be vetting for public services.  They could hire private companies to do it or they could keep it in house.  With a private contract they could have service level agreements.

With unionized in house employment it tends to get tricky.  First, since it buys the votes of masses versus a corporate entity it a far more efficient vote buying system.  Second, it is hard to pin down service expectations in the same way a crack addict gets to where he cares less about the source -- just give me the stuff.  No one cares to get these people to actually work, innovate, do things better each time, and do it with less not more!  They only care about filling the rolls with voters.  There is no interest in getting ride of those useless men doing nothing beside the 'cannons' of our day.

Do:
- vote for candidates who are private oriented.  Ok that sounds bad.  Clinton would do.  No I mean that they shy away from this union thing in favor or the union of people under the umbrella of a corporate or business entity.
- go to public forums that involve projects in your community.  Speak up on labor concerns and is it really needed.
- treat your government employed union worker 'like you would the tax collector' for in fact this person is in effect stealing your money at gunpoint.  Be nice, but not cordial.  But you can tell them that they are really just selfish folk that need to get real to save our country.

Do not:
- become violent.  I will always say that so long as I feel our society is intact.
- confuse unions with organizations that simply tend to be forums for common interest.

Gosh, so much to say but gotta go.

Public Television Propaganda

I gave up cable a while back.  Couldn't afford their rent.  Didn't like how they marketed to new customers while hiking up the price on long-time ones.  When we called to cancel it was like -- 'well, well, well, come on now we we can work out something here how about two free months.'.  No sir, you should have just kept me from canceling in the first place.  That is how I want you to think but that is for a different post.

Getting cable is not on the bill of rights, yet.  Although some liberals will tell you that disparity causes many social woes.  Lucky for them they have PBS.  It is like marketing in the grocery store.  The low hanging fruit - e.i. fruit loops, cocoa puffs, charms are on the bottom and they are sooo sweet for the little ones.  Thus the easy tv is on the bottom shelf for those less likely to have the 'healthy' stuff.  The analogy kinda breaks down but you get the picture.  Really the analogy works better on talk radio when you compare subsidized NPR to pure commercial radio broadcasters since much of Hollywood thinks like NPR and PBS anyway.

So it is an eye opening experience to see what our tax dollars pay for to enlighten the masses.  I always heard it was liberal, but man! this crap is pure socialist propaganda.  Instead of programs illustrating how hard work, determination, and disparity BUILD character, strength, and hope we get 'documentaries' that deploy the one sided thought that social 'fairness' = healthy people.  Look, I'm a free marketer and free speech-er.  Yes people have every right to think that way.  But anytime the government spends a penny on it - it better be dry, very factual stuff relevant to government!  Heck cspan does a better job at that.

Well Leader is in the blog so what to do and not do:
DO:
- Engage your state representation to end funding for public television.
- Vote with your money, call companies you see funding socialist documentaries letting them no that you will avoid their products.  Do avoid them as much as you can.
- Watch the programs you pay for with your tax dollars but do not be enticed.  Socialism comes in sheeps clothing.
- If your children watch, be sure to treat it like PG-13 movies (maybe X rated sometimes?).  That is, when Elmo wants you to share some of your allowance with poor Johnny, ask your child 'did Johnny make your bed, did he help wash the car.  No YOU did you earned it, you decide what you want as a reward.'
- Talk about this at parties and gain support to ride ourselves of 'state propaganda'
- Counter the socialist views as often as you can.

Don'ts:
- avoid this issue. We need people on all sides to say 'should tax be used to show me this'?  We need capitalist to ask, where is my share of programming time.  Fairness Doctrine SHOULD apply for public funded media.  Heck you pay for it!
- Get stuck on this one thing.  There is much more to worry about.  But winning over hearts and minds against this 'fairness' racket is a multi-faceted battle on many fronts. (no I'm not like Hoffa - no real wars or battles just a rhetorical device).

Thanks.

Post Office Posthumous

Finally, talk show hosts are saying what I said all along -- USPS we don't need you!  But without you -- the Masses acting now -- we will flush billions down the drain.  But who cares right?  The government is the best provider for this.  Right.

What hypocracy it is for these flat rate shipping programs.  Who is to say that they don't operate in the red just to eliminate private carriers?  Yes.  The only way to correct this is You.

Lets start with Saturday delivery.  Tell your carrier -- i don't need it.  Please stop wasting gas going to my block delivering nothing.  Second, rubber band your mailbox with message 'no more Saturday delivery'.  Look if enough people do this, it sends a message -- WE THE PEOPLE want you to change now!

Can you imagine how much gas that would save if only Saturday were not delivered?  Can you imagine how much fewer union workers they would 'need' (but somehow need anyway) if they stayed at home that day?  DO send to your congressman - I believe that rest with the Senate and is under a committee. Gosh I should tell you but heck you can find out too.  If your congressman is on this committee hit hard with the message -- change IT now!.  Drill baby drill or save baby save or get junk mail and pay $4/gal.  I doubt your 'representation' will work.  If you get the usual yeah yeah form letter or gloss-over response, just throw your mail out on Saturday.  Let it rot in a little pile beside your mailbox.  Again, if enough people take action -- passive resistance -- we can send them message.  Stop stealing our money government.  Let us keep it and elect the most efficient carrier with our everyday spending choices.

Of course, this is only a piece to the puzzle to take back our freedoms.  It is only a piece of what needs to be done with the USPS.  Change this now to begin the road to true recovery or lets print money to keep it alive.

Framing yourself for living in socialist america

I heard some lady this morning on the radio talking about small business workshops to help complience with all the new regulations coming down.  What they should be doing is telling them to simply not comply.  Look all, if you think the government wants you to actually go it alone outside of a union you are living a lie.  They want to overwelm the system with impossible demands to distroy it.  The only counter is to overwelm enforcement.  Call it what will be to function there will have to be grey and black markets just to make toilets and food.  Its coming.  Small business hire and fire as you please.  Pay them what they are willing to work for.Take the weakest enforcement and exploit it.  Now before they can overwelm us all.

Unemployed Today?

Speaking from experience, being out of work is no fun.  The experience going from employed to fired/lay-offed to job searching to employed again is one full of emotion and a roller coaster ride of false leads and dead-ends.  Getting unemployment was a demeaning step backwards.  As I got the checks, I couldn't help but wonder if some employer would have a job for me if they just did pay into this stupid insurance.

As with any government entitlement, I encourage you to take with the right hand and shun with the left.  If you get old, take the medicare, social security, welfare but it's what you do after that that make the difference to me.  It may make you seem like a hypocrite but remember, when you were employed, you paid into it.  Now go after the political system that took it away from you in the first place.  The most important thing is the children.  Fight so that they can live the true freedom we have already lost!

First, thank your former employer for what they did give you.  Remember, they must make a profit with you or they simply cannot use you.  It's nothing personal, just supply and demand, trade-offs and econ 101 stuff.  Second, tell them that you will oppose increasing unemployment payouts.  Any hard working business owner will appreciate that.

Simply put, we need to phase out government unemployment insurance.  This along with ignoring the minimum wage guarantees near full employment.  Plus, private insurance companies that hire real people will sell personal unemployment insurance that you can buy or your new employer can offer to you as a perk.  Take personal responsibility and stop stealing from the system.  Get the best possible job you can get, stop being lazy, and make everyday better than the last.

Beware the media and politician who beats the price gouging drum

Imagine you are a gas station owner and a disaster happens.  Suddenly you have control over the most valuable resource around.  The rich would give $100 / gallon just to get out of dodge.  But no, you have to worry about being labeled a 'gouger'.  It could be that you need to hold some reserve for yourself or loved-ones.  But no, that  would be hoarding when people need what you have.  Do property rights end when its convenient?  You have a choice to make - do what the government backed masses want and suffer fees and harassment OR sell the product at the deFacto market rate demanded by the disaster.  The premise is that you are going to be greedy and bad to people.  You are going to deny gas to the old lady, the orphanage bus, or a pregnant lady.  That you on a personal level can't choose when its right to be generous, you need the government to make you to do that instead.  Plus, as you watch your last gallons being sucked up by frantic customers at 'reasonable' prices, you see people fill containers you know will spill.  You see precious gallons squandered by big honking trucks with only the driver trying to get out of town.  That driver doesn't have to worry, he pays just as much as the packed minivan behind them.

The point here is that increasing price is a necessary downside to optimizing supply in the face of scarcity.  Without the fear of prosecution, you instead steadily increase the price as demand increases.  The natural consequence is that scarcity is managed and squandering is eliminated.  People start making decisions -- do I really need to travel further,  should we carpool, should I spend my emergency fund to get enough gas to get to safety?  Also, you find the lines are manageable, there is no fighting among customers, and there is always that last 100 gallons in the tank to sell to those who pay the price.  Suddenly it all makes since!  Property rights!  Now ask yourself, with the pandering of  government agencies and the media, who long is it going to be when every inconvenience is an emergency?  Let's not let a good disaster go to waste?  Austerity measures?  How dare 7-11 deprive them of food!  Bored?  How dare we deprive them of entertainment at such a cost!

When you here the media harp on this and the governor promising to 'get those gougers!' you think about the consequences of that.  The governor is going to have gas.  That media is going to get better ratings.  But you will suffer.  One day it will be your home, business, family!  Stand up know to this BS.  When it start call them right away and defend the stations.  Tell them instead they should send the National Guard to defend the owner instead of billing them later to condemn them.

Carrying the cross.

Today we here the verse about the need to carry the cross.  To follow in his path, to endure that sacrifice to get saved.  What does that mean?  What should we as a people do?  To my disappointment, the church said we already carry it with certain tragedies we endure and with the disappointing building fund.  Can it be that one can endure but never sacrifice?  Can it be that the church itself can take up the cross, display faith, and not connect the sacrifice of its members to their salvation?  No.  This verse is a reminder to not waiver in your faith when things get tough as many will do toward the end.

Angnostics and athiest can't simply let the Christian live and be.  Even though Christ evokes tolerance and acceptance that not all will know him.  Athiest want to stop us!  They hide behind environmental, social, and worldly concerns.  They distort the Constitution to mean that not only must the Government stay separate from religion, it must be the tool to destroy it.   Standing firm and taking up the cross in the face of this is the true need here and what you should do every day.

Guidelines

Vote with your money.  Don't buy GE.  Don't buy from any company or bank that received bailouts.  Buy and bank to the extreme with those that refused help like Ford.  Preface any conversation with a teacher asking how they feel about their union.  Your kids must refuse homework that forces the views and history of other cultures.  Never fund public tv and ask state government to do the same.  Revere other Americans above all others.  We are the light of the would to be the envy of other nations.

Life in America - right out of Orwell

Hey, I don't have an editor staff - no fact checking, no grammarian, no special sources.  So preface my blogs going forward with that and I will let you know when that changes.  My goal is to get the feeling out there as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Often texting instead of at a proper keyboard or using twitter.

Just like in '1984', almost every department of the federal government has a name that implies a goal that is the exact opposite of what it actually does.   In it, we have the Ministry of Love and Truth.  Of course, Love was actually Hate and a place to take any rebel to the regime for torture (even if the rebel was falsely accused).  Truth was the ministry of misinformation -- constantly changing the media archives to reflect that Big Brother was (and is) correct in every way.

Already, with the current regime is capitalizing on this and other distopia books like a handbook on how to take over the masses heart, mind, and soul.  They know -- to the fear of the few enlightened -- that the numbers of the underachievers, uneducated, and non-citizens... are ripe for the taking.  The only have to exploit to weakness in the 'thinking' of our system -- the "Right to Vote".  Yes, I agree that there is no explicit right to vote.  Pure democracy cannot stand in the same way that a corporation where all stockholders held and equal vote per person would not.  This very thought is stigmatized by 3/5th person law -- made for all the wrong reasons that I do not agree with.

True to literature, black becomes white, up is down, 5 fingers count 4.  Take the Department of Homeland Security.  When I heard of its creation, I knew that bin Laden actual won!  It was as though our Country, the melting pot of iron it was, was polarized by a powerful magnet of terror.  We now know this department as the perpetrator of this fear, the McCarthy of our time, the Department of Homeland INSECURITY!  I would have named it different.  First its this HomeLand thing reminiscent of Communist country love.  For us, its 'Our Country' not our Homeland.  Language is everything and is the key to slowly anesthesia thought.

NASA has become the National All-inclusive Science Association.  The State Department insures no one can get a fix on the state of our union.  The Commerce department is anything but -- but has become the key to total take-over of your life Revelation style.  Justice works so long as it is what the executive wants to enforce.  Otherwise its more apply the department of Injustice since it usually defends the unjust.  Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms -- what kind of three headed beast is that.  Why not Crack, Marijuana, and Tasers?

See where I'm going with this?  It seems to be the natural progression of any bureaucracy to start of with well intended parts that port to have a function.  Over time, that function is reversed in a way that all the other parts will swear they still work.  But when you are living in it observing it from the outside we see a young government slowly turning old and needing a complete overhaul -- one that take external forces (those internal terrorist the DHS is referring) to affect.

What can you do?  Bug your leaders, elect new ones, and demand transparency now!  Don't take glossed over answers like those Carney Pressers we've been getting.  We need more now.
